Denise Falcioni O’Donnell is proud of being a nurse for the past 49 years. She received her Masters in Gerontological Nursing and a Masters in Aging Service Management in her efforts to improve the quality of life for older adults through a variety of services. She served for 5 years as the Director of Geriatrics at the Coatesville Veterans Administration Medical Center. She then pursued another 11 years of federal service as a clinical nurse specializing in gerontological nursing, educating others on the aspects of aging, and even surveying nursing homes throughout the United States. She obtained her license as a Nursing Home Administrator.
Always interested in exploring the spiritual side of life, Denise began her journey with Reiki while attending Ursuline College. Since becoming a Reiki Master, she shares her talents as a volunteer at the Kin Support and Wellness Center, providing services to cancer patients, survivors, and their caregivers. Denise also has a special interest in working with patients and families of those suffering with dementia.
