Ghee is the beautiful golden substance that is leftover after the impurities of butter have been melted away. In Ayurvedic medicine, ghee has been used for thousands of years as an extremely powerful healer for the body. It is used internally and externally for health and healing as well as for cooking and religious ceremonies.
Julie will be sharing all about the importance of ghee including it's benefits and how to cook with it throughout the class.
You don't have to cook to participate in this class. Feel free to simply watch and learn.
You don't want to miss this!
