Donor Benefits Policy: Benefits effective January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012. Benefits are applied to the individual(s) making the gift to Shadybrook. If an additional gift is received within nine months of your recognition year, we will upgrade your benefits to the appropriate level and the expiration date of your membership will remain the same.
Shadybrook is qualified as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are tax-deductible, as allowed by the law. No taxable goods or services are provided in consideration of gifts, unless stated otherwise.
